The idea for Swish Zones started in our backyard when we asked ourselves “can we make 30 shots in 60 seconds.” The answer was yes, but it took us several tries. How many tries? We couldn’t remember. Could we make 30 shots in 60 seconds from outside the paint? How about from the left side? We started tracking on a mini wall calendar, but the Mom was nerdy enough to swing at something a bit more high tech.

We recommend regularly backing up your data using the export feature available for players and groups.
DATA EXPORT AND IMPORT
Swish Zones provides data export and import features that allow you to:
• Export your data to a JSON file stored on your device
• Import data from previously exported files
• Share data between devices using AirDrop or file sharing
All export and import operations are performed locally on your device. We do not have access to exported or imported data.
PREMIUM UNLOCK
If you purchase a Premium unlock:
• Premium unlock purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store payment information
• Apple may collect information related to your purchase as described in their Privacy Policy
• Premium unlock status is stored locally on your device
• Premium unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
• Once purchased, Premium features are unlocked permanently
You can restore your Premium unlock purchase through the Account tab in the app, or through your Apple ID account settings.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Swish Zones is designed to be family-friendly and can be used by children under parental supervision. We are committed to protecting children’s privacy:
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
• All data is stored locally on the device
• Parents can control what information is entered into the App
• Parents can export or delete data at any time

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Swish Zones uses the following third-party services:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Swish Zones is a mobile application that allows users to:
• Track basketball shooting practice and game results
• Create and manage player profiles
• Form groups for team or family play
• View statistics, leaderboards, and streaks
• Export and import game data
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use Swish Zones. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA
Swish Zones allows you to create local accounts and store data on your device:
• Individual Account: Select one player as the account holder
• Home Account: Select multiple players as account members
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backing up your data using the export feature
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter
We do not have access to your account or data, as all information is stored locally on your device.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use Swish Zones only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to the App.
PREMIUM UNLOCK
Swish Zones offers a one-time purchase to unlock Premium features:
• Premium unlock purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store
• Premium unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
• Once purchased, Premium features are unlocked permanently
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase
• Premium unlock includes unlimited player cards and unlimited group play passes
• You can restore your Premium unlock on any device using the same Apple ID
• Prices are subject to change with notice
Refund Policy:
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support
• We do not process refunds directly
Restore Purchases:
• If you’ve purchased Premium unlock, you can restore it on any device

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Swish Zones and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Rent, lease, loan, or sell the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of all data and content you create or enter into Swish Zones (“User Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:
• Store your User Content locally on your device
• Process your User Content to provide App functionality
You represent and warrant that:
• You own or have the right to use all User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws
We do not access, view, or share your User Content, as it is stored locally on your device.
DISCLAIMERS
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Your User Content
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination:
• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• All data stored locally on your device will remain unless you delete it
• You are responsible for exporting your data before uninstalling if you wish to preserve it
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
• Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms
• Including a notice in the App when significant changes are made
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swish Zones operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swish Zones regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
