You may enter or import information such as:
• Consoles (activities, categories, point values)
• Players (names, jersey numbers)
• Tallies and saved sessions
• Category award emojis and other configuration settings
3. How information is stored
The App stores data locally on your device (for example, using on-device storage). Data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
4. Sharing, export, and import
The App supports exporting and sharing (for example, exporting JSON files or sharing a results image) using iOS features.
When you choose to export or share:
• The App prepares the file on your device and presents iOS sharing options.
• Any recipient or service you select (AirDrop, Messages, Mail, cloud storage apps, etc.) will handle the data according to their own policies.
When you choose to import:
• You select a file and the App reads it to import consoles and/or session data.
5. What the developer collects
The App does not include any built-in:
• advertising SDKs,
• third-party analytics SDKs,
• or server-side collection of your data.
6. Data retention and deletion
• You can delete consoles and sessions within the App.
• Deleting the App from your device will generally remove local App data from that device.
7. Children’s privacy
The App may be used in youth sports contexts. The App does not require a child to create an account. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions before entering or sharing information about minors.
8. Security
No method of storage is 100% secure. The App stores data locally and relies on iOS platform protections. You control whether and how you share or export files.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Game Day Effort mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who this is for
The App is intended for coaches, teams, and individuals who want to track sports activities and view/share results.
2. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
3. Your content and responsibility
You may enter or import information such as player names, jersey numbers, activities, categories, tallies, and sessions (“User Content”).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your User Content.
• You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to collect, store, or share your User Content (for example, if you track minors or share results publicly).
4. Data export and sharing
The App can export or share information using iOS features (for example, share sheets). When you export or share, you are choosing to disclose that information to recipients and/or third-party services you select.
5. Pro features and payments
The App may offer optional paid features (“Pro”). If Pro is offered via in-app purchase, your purchase is handled by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms and policies. Availability and pricing may change.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that exported/shared files will be compatible with every workflow.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
