Allotment Timer is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:
• Local Data Storage: All console configurations, session data, timer information, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device.
• No Account Required: You can use Allotment Timer without creating an account or providing any personal information.
• Purchase Information: If you purchase the Premium version, purchase information is processed entirely through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information, which is handled exclusively by Apple according to Apple’s privacy policies.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or any tracking data. The app operates entirely locally on your device.
How We Use Your Information
Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect personal information, we do not use your information in any way. Your data remains private and under your control.
Data Storage and Security
All your data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your console configurations, session data, timer information, or any other app data. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Import/Export feature to share files.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the Import/Export feature. We recommend regularly exporting your data to prevent data loss.
Data Export and Sharing
The app includes Import/Export functionality that allows you to:
• Export console configurations as JSON files
• Export session data as CSV files
• Import console configurations and session data from previously exported files
Any sharing of exported data is entirely at your discretion and under your control. We do not have access to exported data unless you choose to share it with us directly (e.g., for support purposes).

• Apple App Store and StoreKit: For processing Premium purchases. Apple handles all payment information according to Apple’s privacy policies. We do not have access to your payment details.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Allotment Timer for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Redistribute or sublicense the App
Disclaimer
The materials in Allotment Timer are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, your data if it is lost due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.
Free Version and Premium Purchase
• Free Version: Allotment Timer offers a free version that allows you to create one 1-Dimensional console with full access to all features. The free version includes all core functionality for 1-Dimensional consoles – only the number of consoles is limited.
• Premium Purchase: Premium is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited consoles and access to 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional consoles. Premium provides unlimited console creation (1-Dimensional, 2-Dimensional, and 3-Dimensional) while maintaining all the features available in the free version.
• One-Time Purchase: Premium is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. Once purchased, you will have unlimited consoles forever with no recurring charges or subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple’s App Store refund process, subject to Apple’s refund policies. Generally, refunds are available within a limited time period after purchase as determined by Apple’s policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• Purchase Verification: Premium status is verified through Apple’s StoreKit. If you experience issues with Premium access, you can use the “Restore Purchases” feature in the Account section.
Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using Allotment Timer, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
